Det är självklart för oss för att följa dem lagar samt regler liksom gäller. oss tar fasta på våra grundvärderingar samt har formulerat en uppförandekod som också tar stöd i FN:s Global Compacts tio principer.

Retire with the flag high after 50 years at Kinnarps
It was the start of a long and rewarding working life at Kinnarps. He has been living in Kinnarp for many years, but he remembers a day when he skied to work from his former home in Göteve. "I had a lamp around my stomach and it took me hours to get there," he says. For most of his time at Kinnarps, Bror has been a supervisor and driven a truck at the machine shop. "That's what I enjoy most, driving things," he says. He reflects on how the company has developed over the years and how he has contributed his experience and knowledge. Every morning when he walks to work, he goes through the working day and plans how he will solve his work tasks in the best and most efficient way. "It's the case that if people want to constantly develop at their job, they become very good at what they do," says Bror enthusiastically.

New ways of working place new demands on the workplace
